<description>Thanks metalwarrior for sharing your dual-boot method. As a member of the Windows 7 Outreach Team, I like to see people performing this type of installation when installing the Beta. In the end this method has less risk than performing an upgrade installation.
You asked for other peoples’ methods for installing Win7 Beta and I have one I want to share. I came across this article a while ago describing how to boot Windows 7 from a USB hard drive. Here it is: http://www.istartedsomething.com/20081104/tip-make-your-pdc-2008-usb-hard-drive-a-bootable-windows-7-install-disk/
I hope this interests you. Thanks for you interest in the Windows 7 Beta.
Cheers,
Jeff
