		<description>I&#039;ve always like &quot;The Cool News&quot; because it offers information, techniques and tips that are of use. Few other site that claim this actually do so. 
    I&#039;d gotten notice about the duo core processors being shipped with only one active shortly after purchasing a laptop with that kind of setup. I could only say &quot;How freakin&#039; stupid is that!?&quot; 
    Quite a while after I had to partition my hard drive and start over and I knew I was back to one processor. Thanks to you folks I finally reactivated my second processor and am back to full speed!
